What is your store’s return and exchange policy?

We value client satisfaction as that is a part of our vision. Due to the aesthetic of our work all returns require an approval, if the approval is honored, we will gladly offer you store credittowards future purchases. To eliminate this scenario we advise clients to send us an email regarding any questions they have prior to purchase! We reply to all email inquiries promptly!

I need my garment guaranteed to arrive by a certain date, is that possible?

Yes! For immediate dispatches and overnight options, the fastest way is to email us. Our reps filter through emails hourly and we will accommodate your request right away!

How often do you come out with new looks?

We release 4 – 5 looks each season. Quality over quantity is our design motto! We will be showcasing our next season sooner than you expect!

I like a dress, but I would need it with sleeves.

All of our garments are shipped with sleeves as standard protocol, whether you preference them or not. Some are pre-stitched and others are unstitched.

How does sizing work?

Our collections are ready to wear, prêt à porter. All of our looks are hand measured to ensure accuracy. We advise clients to have a tailor available to further size down, or size up their garments to their liking.

How long will it take to receive my order?

To better serve you, all of our looks that are in stock on the site, are ready to ship! We dispatch our pieces within 24 hours of purchase, you will receive a tracking number once the garment has started its journey on its way to you! Orders take anywhere from 2 to 6 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local carrier.
